Prior to starting your order you must have either the veterans DD214 or honorable discharge paperwork. In addition you will need at least one photo of the veteran to upload in order to successfully complete the order process.

Once you fill out the information regarding the veteran you will be asked to register for a free account or login if you already have an account. After you register for your free account we will send you a one time verification code to verify your email address. Once you complete this step you will be taken to the payment section in order to finalize the purchase of your plaque.

A veteran’s DD 214 Form or other documentation of service (honorably discharged service), photos of the veteran, an application and payment either on our website, mailed, in-person by appointment only or emailed to [email protected].

The U.S. National Archives & Records Administration can provide a DD 214 Form to a veteran or next of kin. Contact www.archives.gov/veterans and follow the instructions on how to obtain the Standard Form 180 required to order the DD 214 Form or for further research assistance call 1-866-272-6272. An expedited service for military record requests is available at www.dd214direct.com (800) 891-9285.

If the veteran has a special circumstance (killed in action, missing in action, etc.) or was discharged prior to 1950 they would have been issued a different document which would be required in lieu of a DD 214.

The process typically takes 7-9 months on average.

No, plaques are placed on the next section of the walls scheduled for installation. All walls must be filled before any new plaques can be placed on new walls.

Provided all plaques are complete at the same time, we will make every effort to place plaques near family or friends subject to any size constraints. Space cannot be reserved for future use.

Yes, preferably a picture of the veteran in military uniform for the portrait. Additional photos related to their documented service can be submitted depending on plaque size.

Yes, we scan your documents into our computer and return them as soon as possible.

A brief military service statement will go on the plaque itself (word count depending on size.) This statement should pertain solely to the veteran’s military service record.

Once plaques are installed at the memorial they will also be uploaded to our website. This is where a more general biography can accompany the plaque information. Please submit these through your online account by updating your order.

Yes. A six-word family appreciation statement can be written. This statement should be a personal statement such as “With love, your family.” “Family” or “Friends” must be used rather than any lineage or other names.

Yes. After the plaque is designed, you will receive a digital proof of the proposed plaque to review for accuracy. In this process, you are allowed two opportunities to make changes. Additional changes will incur a cost of $50.00. Final written approval is required prior to engraving.

A spouse, child, or other family member who has served honorably may appear on a 12″ x 8″ or 16″ x 8″ size plaque.

Not at installation – our construction contractor places 15-20 granite plaques once a week. But we do offer for a $300.00 donation a “Veteran’s Honor Ceremony.” They are typically conducted on Saturdays, back-to-back, starting at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. We also offer private weekday ceremonies for $500.00.

No. After purchasing a plaque, you will receive a free one-year individual membership. We encourage you to renew monthly or annually to help maintain the Memorial site as all dues go toward the operation expenses of the property, maintenance, and improvements. We are a registered non-profit organization and we do not receive any government funding. We rely solely on our wonderful volunteers and your generous contributions.
