Gerald Gordon Mullen    

April 26, 1927-January 26, 2023

Born April 26, 1927 in Green Bay. Wisconsin to Gordon and Theda (Gilmer)Mullen.  He is survived by his wife, Joyce Elaine (Rossow) of Minden, NV, and his son Gary Gerald Mullen of San Diego , CA. , his half sister Cheryl (Charles) Cole of Michigan, half brothers Ron (Ginger) Paetschow of Florida and Gregory Paetschow of Michigan.    He is predeceased by parents, Gordon Mullen and Theda Mullen Paetschow Houdek, his sister and husband-Margaret (James) Malek.

He was a WWII veteran stationed in Adak, Alaska.    After his service, he was in the apprenticeship program for machinist at Boeing Company , Seattle, WA. and was privileged to see the maiden flight of the B-52 bomber.   He then worked at Hughes Aircraft in Los Angeles, CA., and Fairchild Semiconductor in Mt. View, Ca.  In 1977, he started Mullen Equipment Company in Santa Clara, CA. building manual and semi-automatic die bonding equipment. After retiring he did consulting for Chintek International, Bangkok, Thailand.   In 2003, he and Joyce moved to Minden, NV. He was a member of the Shepherd of the Lutheran Church and felt he was blessed with a happy full life and had no regrets.
