Quartermaster Senior Chief Ziccardi served aboard multiple ships including USS PELELIU (LHA-5) and USS LONG BEACH (CGN-9). He was responsible for navigation and ship control. He also served as a Company Commander at NTC San Diego and at the U.S. Consulate in Dubai. He retire after 20 years in the Navy and joined the Military Sealift Command for an additional 18 years of dedicated srvice.
