Ronald Morabito first served in the US Navy Reserves before transferring to the US Air Force as a Radio Relay Repairman with the 623rd Aircraft Control and Warning (AC&W) Squadron, Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). He was responsible for maintaining and repairing the electronic equipment used to transmit communications over long distances.
