Good morning ladies and gentleman, friends and family, Welcome.
We want to thank the Mount Soledad Veterans Community and all of the Veterans assembled here today.
You have our utmost respect and gratitude. US Army Private Philip Michael Kirch was the oldest of six children born to Albert and Helen Kirch. Today we honor his commitment to his country and his family, along with his two brothers and two brothers in law that answered the call to serve.
No one questioned it, they just answered it. We thank you Dad and our four Uncles and the multitude of service men and women who also answered the call to make this country safe and free.
