Stephen "Snook" Popivchak grew up in Carnegie, PA, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1965. He served in Vietnam and was the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He lives on in our hearts forever.
