Tech 3 Clarence Schrock was born into an Amish community but joined the army to serve his country in WWII. He served in the South Pacific in photo intelligence. Clarence saw action in Okinawa and Leyte and earned two Bronze Stars. Honorably discharged at the end of the war in the South Pacific in 1945, he went on to a successful career as a general contractor in San Diego County. Clarence Schrock was a hard-working and well-respected man who gave a helping hand to many people in his life. He died on September 4, 2000 in Grand Junction, CO.
