MS1 Lim was extensively involved in the feeding of Vietnamese refugees on Grande Island, Subic Bay, Philippines 1975 and on board the USS Chicago CG-11, 1979. As a singer, Ignacio performed three times in the ALL NAVY TALENT Championship, 1969, 1973, and 1975.
