Petty Officer First Class Florentino Hernandez served his nation with dedication and professionalism aboard many of the Navy's ships including USS Yorktown (CVS-10), USS Benington (CVS-20) and the USS Halsey (DDG-23). He also served with Helo Attack Squadron 3 known as "The Seawolves" and Delta River Patrol Group in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive.
