In honor of all the brave men of the VPB-18 squadron who fought in World War Il against the aggression of the Japanese. Some perished at sea, some were shot down and had to await rescue via submarine, and some had important missions, as the transfer of the signed surrender documents from Tokyo to Saipan. To men like them we owe our freedom.
