1968-1972, Relocated to Ft Lewis Washington, while serving 2 tours in Vietnam,

Adopted Karen McNulty (born August 14, 1970) in Saigon in 1971

Received at the Direction of the President, the Bronze Star for meritorious service achievement in ground operations against hostile forces in the Republic of Vietnam from April 1968-March 1969

Received at the Direction of the President, the Bronze Star for distinguishing himself by meritorious service in connection with military operations against a hostile force during the period of February 1971-January 1972, service as Operations Staff Officer

 1972-1974, Moved to Ft Monroe, Virginia

1975-1977, Moved to Camp Zama, Tokyo Japan

1977-June 30, 1981, Completed distinguished career at Fort McPherson, Atlanta, GA

           Received The Meritorious Service Medal (First Oak Leaf Cluster) for outstanding service in various positions of responsibility and trust both overseas and in the United States

1981-1997, used his military expertise in the private sector.

2000, Retired to Mexico before returning to GA in 2010.
