Marvin served 20+ years in the U.S. Navy. During WWII he served onboard the USS Creon in the South Pacific,
Philippines and Borneo. During the Korean War, he was Commanding Officer of USS Edmonds completing a world tour and
two Western Pacific Deployments. His final tour was Senior Foreign Officer Training Instructor at Anti-Submarine Warfare
School San Diego, CA.
