Lieutenant Commander Fisher served as a Naval Aviator. After graduating from flight school and earning his Navy Wings, Lt.JG Fisher was assigned to Pensacola as a Jet Flight Instrutor. He was also trained in tactical air and carrier operations. His following assignment was to N.A.F. Andrews in Washington D.C. to perform flight training and V.I.P. transport. After release from active duty, LCDC FIsher continued to serve in the reserves. Aircraft flown were the T-34, T-2, A-4, A-3, T-28, and S-2.
