GySgt Ryan Pieraccini was a California native who enlisted into the Marine Corps as an Engineer. He honorably served for 19 years which included deployments to combat zones in Afghanistan and Fallujah Iraq, where he bravely led Marines in battle while in CLB 5, 1st MarDiv. GySgt Pieraccini volunteered for recruiting duty where he proudly served his community by mentoring and being a positive role model for young men and women. After his honorable discharge, he continued to serve, diligently helping returning veterans and holding high-level positions in his local community charity and support organizations.
Gunnery Sergeant Ryan Pieraccini was a beloved leader who proudly
served his nation and community. He bravely led Marines in battle under
CLB 5 during dangerous deployments in places like Fallujah, Iraq; and
Afghanistan. He will never be forgotten.
