Corporal Wilbur Emil Hess served as an instructor in the U.S. and Far East Signal Schools. He ws attached to the 7th Infantry Division in Korea in his position as Code Man for the Forward Message Center 1950-51. Will was involved in both the Inchon and Iwon invasions.
