Mike was born August 6, 1950 in St. Petersburg, FL to parents William and Darlene Burkett. He has one younger brother, Daniel. He married Patricia Schneider October 21,1972, and they have two sons, Matthew and Timothy. He has resided in Santee, Ca since 1981. He is a adamant animal lover and loves the outdoors, including camping, off-roading and the beach. He loves spent time with his granddaughters.
