From Private to Colonel, Robert, one of our nation's first jet pilots, was very fortunate to have flown numerous types of aircraft which include T-8, T-28, T-35, T-39, C-130, F-80, F-86, F-89, F-94, F-105 and F-111.
His favorite plane was the F-86.
