Arthur's distinguished military career began at the age of 17 when he enlisted into the Coast Guard; 43 years later, he retired from the Army. UH-1 Pilot, UH-60 Pilot, C-12 Pilot, Standardization Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Test Pilot, Field Medic. Arthur continues to serve this country working for the Federal Aviation Administration.
