After 24 years of admirable service in the United States Navy, Chief Petty Officer Vicente Cacho was honorably discharged in 1970. During his exemplary military career, he taught culinary arts and mentored hundreds of sailors onboard ships and at the Naval Training Center in San Diego, California. He served his country with honor, courage, and commitment.
