Bob honorably and faithfully served in a variety of ships and shore commands as an enlisted sailor and as a commissioned officer in a nearly 30-year career. He oversaw the training and readiness of nearly 8,000 Naval Reservists in the Southwest USA. After retirement, he was a Civil Servant and volunteered.
