Submariner, Naval Flight Officer, Special Operations
Captain Shultz earned his silver dolphins while serving in the inactive Naval Reserve in San Diego. He flew with VP-22 while serving in Vietnam and later with VP-91 at Moffett Field. He graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and ASW Nuclear Weapons Delivery Courses. He served as Officer-in-Charge, U.S. Naval Forces, Team Spirit, Chinhae, Korea.
