Captain Duncan served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was Executive Officer and Commanding Officerr of Fighter Squadron 7 in USS HANCOCK (CVA-19) during WWII. He was navigator and operations officer in USS FLOYDS BAY (AVP-40) and CO of VA-145 during the Korean War.
