Garrett Eddy joined the U.S. Air Force Reserve assigned to 1115A, 504th Tactical Air Support Group, and 19th Tactical Air Support Squadron. He flew the 0-2S #63-10839 with 1st Lt Michael Vrablick when they were shot down approximately 25 miles northwest of Kampong Cham, Cambodia. His name is found on Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Washington, DC VVM Wall, Panel 07W, Line 103.
