Annual Membership Join the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial. Your tax-deductible membership is of great importance to the operation of the Memorial. Membership funds are used to clean and re-etch the plaques every four to six years, as well as the keeping the walkways, landscaping and plaque walls in top condition.
